Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

THE BORING STUFF:

You’ll notice when booking that you are prompted to pay a booking fee to reserve your selected time slot. 

 

We're so lucky to have a wealth of wonderful clients looking for appointments, both OG and fresh-faced.

We value your time and commit to delivering a premium experience to you from the moment you place a booking. But our appointments are in high demand, so for this reason, we require a booking fee in order to reserve the time for you.

 

For all services a 35% deposit is required. 

 

The booking fee is non refundable, but it is transferable. On the day of your appointment, it will be deducted off your final bill.

REVISIONS

 

 Now, we want to level with you—we may not be perfect, but trust us, we're pretty darn close. We pour our heart and soul into every snip, color, and style. However, sometimes, the hair gods might have a different plan, and miscommunications can happen. But fear not, we've got you covered!

 

While we don't offer refunds, we want nothing more than to see you thrilled with your hair. If by some twist of fate, we missed the mark or you think we didn't quite nail it, we're happy to offer one revision. Yep, you heard that right! Just give us a shout before the 2 week mark after your appointment, and we'll make it right at the first available time slot.

REMINDER NOTIFICATIONS:

 

We understand that some people don't use a diary (aka living life on the edge). But don't worry, we've got your back!

 

When placing a booking, you'll receive an email notification letting you know we've reserved your booking for X date and X time. 

 

72hrs prior you will receive a reminder txt msg or email about your upcoming appointment. This is the deadline for any changes made to appointments free of charge.

 

If you need to reschedule, change, or cancel your appointment, you must notify the salon immediately, preferably via phone call 0450427309. 

 

For any late cancellations/changes/rescheduling, our cancellation policy will be applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

 

We value your business. We ask that you respect ours by agreeing to our cancellation policy. We understand and appreciate that you may need to change or cancel your appointment for a variety of reasons; however, we ask that you let us know in advance. Here's our policy:

 

LATE CANCELLATIONS AND/OR CHANGES TO APPOINTMENT TYPE:

 

We require at least 48 hours notice for any change and/or cancellation (including postponement) of your appointment - otherwise, a fee calculated at 35% of the total service cost is applied.

LATE FOR APPOINTMENTS:

​

 

We understand things happen that may affect your punctuality; but we ask that you consider other clients.

If you believe you will be late, we ask that you contact the salon immediately via the phone. If you're over 20 minutes late, it is unlikely we will be able to deliver a full service for you, but you will still be required to pay the full service cost. If you're significantly late, we may have to completely cancel your appointment, and our cancellation policy will apply.

FAILURE TO ATTEND:

​

 

We like to be as reasonable as we can, but as a small business, we have responsibilities. Where you have failed to attend an appointment, you will be charged 50% of the full service total, if you make a follow-up booking, you will be required to pay for the full service at the time of booking.
